I bought the season pass for me and my four year old and it has been a waste of money due to the fact that half the rides he can do aren’t ever open. Id ask for a refund, but I know that’s not happening. Such a disappointment.įamily of 8 that will not be returning customers. They should Put a disclosure up when people are buying tickets or entering, of what’s closed and not running so customers can choose to get a refund or not, but to let us in, take our money and let us find out.

I really wished I would have listened to the reviews. I read All the bad reviews on Tripadvisor, but still gave it a shot. I did NOT see one person working in the the entire place that looked over 18. Poor teens working in the food areas and refill stations, listening to complaints. Mobile order pick up took 1 hour to pick up food after saying it was ready. Wave pool did not work all day, lazy river was closed All day. I can’t believe that Six Flags is taking peoples hard earned money for what they call a water park. This park has doubled in a families cost to attend for a day in just a few years so beware this day will cost you much more than you anticipate, many rides will be closed and bathrooms and amenities are wore our, filthy and needing updating and attention. This created long lines and often concessions were simply closed at peak hours. The park also was less than 80% staffed so their strategy was to close down rides/amusements (wave pool, water slides, lazy river kids play area sections etc) throughout the day and shift staff to other closed rides/amusements. Plywood was visible through multiple large rusted holes (too many to note) covering entire platform and shifting due to weight of slide riders on it. Taking photos of as this would probably warrant immediate response and repair. The kind of eye sore this park does not want you seeing.

VISIBLY RUSTED slide platforms cannot be missed. Maintenance of park is long overdue with serious visible concerns on waterslides just to the right or east of the wave pool. This park has undergone new ownership/name in past few years so we thought some money would have been invested since our last visit but found nearly no changes except increases in entrance cost and addition of parking fees. Dont come here ! Plenty of other places that are worth your money, this is not one of them. Reading other comments I see this hasn't changed. Quite frankly this park should be sued for negligence - do not waste your money here, i myself am still paying for these stupid passes and cant even use them without fear of driving 3 hours for the same treatment. After asking to speak with management we were approached by security whom worried my children and created a scene as if we had created an issue from waiting in line for 4 hours due to their staff. The staff was not only unprofessional but confused and aggressive. While we were in the pool we were told we have to get out because they're closing the area and have no idea if it will reopen - lazy river and other pools also closed due to short staffing. We bought SEVERAL season passes to the park for our family and when we got there not only did we not have time to stand in the outrageous lines, most of the attractions for the kids were closed. Horrified and disappointed doesn't even begin to explain the distaste i had felt during my visit to this park.
